The name Falanghina probably originates from the use of poles called "phalanx" which since ancient times were used to support the vines. A light straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections offers a fresh and fruity aroma, characterized by strong notes of citrus, pineapple and white flowers. In the mouth it is very persistent with a pleasant fruity finish.
Also as an aperitif, balanced and versatile, it accompanies fish and shellfish dishes of all kinds.
