Product Details

It is really a small jewel, coming from a selection of vineyards exposed to the southeast, along terraces among the steepest of the area of Tramin: here the limestone soil is rich in clay and gravel, the temperature ranges are very extreme and the winds blow insistently, on one side Mediterranean on the other Alpine. The name 'Selida' comes from the local dialect and can be translated as 'small farm', that is a small agricultural reality. Tribute to the culture of this land, this Gewürztraminer is one of the strengths of Cantina Produttori Termeno!

Straw-yellow color with golden reflections, the nose faces fruity aromas of pineapple in syrup, citrus honey and candied peel, then yellow rose, broom and mimosa, with impressive iodine veins. A taste that does not disappoint expectations, it shows depth, personality and character to be sold, very well balanced between freshness and sapidity, with a very long finish that recalls everything there was to the nose.

A wine that opens many possibilities of matching: from fish appetizers to medium-aged cheeses, it goes well with seafood and grilled swordfish. But where you can not try it is with spicy dishes of oriental cuisine!
