The Chardonnay Il Pumo of the San Marzano company is a still white wine produced with an international grape variety.
The land is located in San Marzano at an altitude of 100 meters. The soils are made up of a medium mixture in which clay prevails and the training system is Guyot.
The rainfall is reduced, while in summer very high heat peaks are reached. The harvest of Il Pumo Chardonnay grapes begins in the first and second ten days of August. Attention is paid to the manual harvesting of the bunches in order to keep the berries intact.
The wine has a beautiful straw yellow color. Floral and fruity hints are released on the nose to be pleasantly reconfirmed on the palate. Good freshness which together with the softness makes the wine harmonious and balanced.
