Langhe DOC Arneis Blangé Ceretto 75cl

Ceretto is one of the most important Piedmontese wineries, both in Italy and abroad, thanks to the dynamism with which it produces and markets its wines. Founded in 1937 by Riccardo Ceretto, today it is masterfully run by his sons Bruno and Marcello who, following a trip to Burgundy, understood how the concept of terroir and cru was too important to produce quality wines, not to start applying it in the Langhe. They did so and this soon became their philosophy of life, starting to produce wines bearing the label of the vineyard of origin. Among the bets, won, of the two brothers Ceretto, there is the Blangé: Arneis in purity that fully expresses its territory of belonging; it came out for the first time on the market in 1985 and was immediately a success! A risky choice for them, producing a white in a land known purely for reds but rewarded by critics and, above all, by the general public. Recognizable among the shelves, thanks to the white label with the transparent B created specifically by the famous designer Silvio Coppola, the Blangé is a fresh, fragrant and fruity wine, perfect companion for the everyday table.

Bright straw-yellow color, smells of iris, renetta apple, grapefruit, fresh almond and mowed grass. The taste reveals balance and taste: fresh and vaguely pétillant, fully corresponds to the olfactory, giving a pleasant fruity finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes, as well as delicate white meat, gratin vegetables and fresh cheeses.
