The company Bastianich, founded in 1997, consists of 35 hectares of vineyards, all the vineyards are located in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, in two distinct areas falling within the DOC area and the vines here cultivated are those typical of the great Friulian tradition.  Friulano is the most typical and the most loved among the native white varieties of Friuli, cultivated for centuries in this region, has become an integral part of the culture and cuisine of the Eastern Hills. Here the minerality of the territory and the unmistakable note of almond blend perfectly, creating a wine that has nothing to envy to the most famous names!

Bright straw yellow, with golden reflections, has original nose of resin and pine cone, citrus notes of lime and cedar and mint puffs, on an elegant mineral background of flint. The taste is clean, linear, dry and perfectly in line with the smell, towards a balanced finish between freshness and warmth on notes of eucalyptus.

A classic pairing is with raw ham, but also with seafood and fish, veal, pork and spicy oriental dishes.
