This Primitivo red tells the story of its land. it represents the most straightforward and understandable version of one of the most widespread grapes of the whole region. Vinified and aged in steel.
It has a bright ruby red color, with slight purple reflections. The olfactory scents are mainly characterized by notes of red fruit. On the palate it is light-bodied, fresh, characterized by a good flavor.
Equipped with a great gastronomic vocation, it is excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Perfect with white meats cooked with light preparations, it goes equally well with fresh pasta filled with meat. It gives its best with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
