The Senator is dedicated to the founder of the Coppi winery. Red wine from Primitivo vines, which rests for one year in oak barrels.

Intense ruby red color, with violet hues to the eye. The olfactory bouquet is precise and punctual, characterized by memories of red pulp fruit and slightly spicy hints. The palate is warm, soft, full-bodied, rightly tannic and with good persistence. The finish is pleasantly savory.

To be drunk throughout the meal with the preparations of the land cuisine, it is excellent to accompany stuffed aubergines with veal.
