The son of Puglia, from the Rivera winery, is a wine of great character and elegance. The vinification of this clone of Nero di Troia, in a modern key and the aging for 14 months in new barriques have allowed us to obtain a wine whose characteristic aromas of this variety, violet and star anise, are overwhelming. supported by a very thick palate.
Beautiful compact ruby, it has a complex nose of carob, cloves, plums and blackberries in jam, star anise and pepper. Full and soft to the taste, with undulating tannins and a long spicy finish.
With fettuccine with lamb ragout, with braised meats and stews.
