Product Details

Aglianico di Polvanera is vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only. It is a fruity and velvety red, long and enveloping, the ideal companion of the rich Apulian gastronomy.

Deep purple red with ruby reflections. The nose reveals hints of blackberry, black cherry, plum and violet, embellished with memories of licorice, leather and balsamic resins. On the palate it is clear and austere, supported by a strong tannic texture and marked freshness. Remarkable final extension between returns of licorice and aromatic herbs.

For the whole meal, it goes well with lamb or kid cooked in the oven or roasts in general.
