The carefully selected bunches are used whole in open vats: in this way the elegance of the wine is enhanced and enhanced, slimming the body and enriching the bouchet.
Ruby red color, clear to the eye. The nose gives off scents of crisp fresh fruit, surrounded by intense spicy tones.
