DESCRIZIONE
Ha un profumo aromatico, con sentori di frutta esotica, salvia e miele con un gusto dolce, fruttato, molto equilibrato, che ricorda l’uva di provenienza.
VINIFICAZIONE
Spremitura soffice con il frazionamento del mosto in tre parti: solo il fiore viene poi utilizzato per la produzione dell’Asti. Successivamente il mosto viene fatto fermentare parzialmente fino ad una gradazione effettiva di 5,5 gradi alcolici. Viene poi conservato a -2° C fino alla presa di spuma.
La cantina ideale per la conservazione del vino deve avere una temperatura compresa tra 11-15° C, non devono esserci sbalzi termici. Evitare di conservare altri alimenti con sapori e profumi intensi e penetranti.
