Santa Lucia Brut Franciacorta

GRAPES: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc.

VINEYARDS: the grapes come from 15 vineyards, located in seven different municipalities, representative of all the landscape units that characterize Franciacorta. Average age of the vines: 10 years.

HARVEST: by hand with selection of the grapes and transport in small crates starting from the second week of August.

DESCRIPTION: straw yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. The nose is floral and delicately fruity with notes of bread crust characteristic of aging on the yeasts in the bottle. Balanced taste, with good persistence and elegance.

PAIRING: ideal for the whole meal, for an aperitif it is excellent in combination with Bologna IGP mortadella.
