Santero 958 Extra Dry 75cl

Santero Pop Art is the extra dry sparkling wine of the 958 line that concretizes the goal of a product out of the box, a renewed art, that from vineyards to grapes is transformed into bubbles, fashionable ones, refined, trendy. The Cuvée di Santero is born in the lush hills of the Langhe, a stone’s throw from Monferrato and is obtained only from white grapes. After the traditional vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place in large steel tanks according to the criteria of the Charmat method. A wave of stimulating bubbles that come directly to the heart, with the ability to amaze even the most refined palates.

Straw yellow crossed by greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense and aromatic, with clear hints of white fruits and acacia flowers, elder and musky hints. The mouthfeel is pleasantly fresh, drinkable and of good consistency.

Perfect for the most convivial moments, from the aperitif to the whole meal, accompanying appetizers, first light, seafood, with great success.
