Grapes: Chardonnay 65%, pinot noir 35%.
Harvest period: end of August, beginning of September. First Aging 7 months, partly in steel and partly in barrique.
Tasting notes: delicate antique pink color with very fine and persistent perlage, has notes of dry pastry and pomegranate, together with citrus tones of pink grapefruit and mandarin, with delicious hints of cherry and toasted almond. Fresh and snappy mouth, it reveals a pleasant balance between flavor and freshness with long creamy returns of yogurt with berries.
