Spumante Franciacorta Brut Cabochon di Monte Rossa is produced in vineyards located in the morainic hills of the municipality of Bornato.
It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. The fermentation takes place in oak barrels at a controlled temperature for about 6 months. The wine then ages in bottle for 36 months before being placed on the market.
It is characterized by a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of pink grapefruit and fresh almond, enriched with pleasing saline and biscuit touches. The palate is dense and full, with a mix of acidity and flavor. The wine has a persistent finish, with a pleasant aftertaste of hazelnut.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and fish dishes.
