Bellavista's “Gran Cuvée” Satèn is produced from 100% chardonnay grapes.
Straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses delicate notes of fresh fruit, plum, peach, pineapple. These are accompanied by hints of honey and hazelnut before a particularly graceful, gentle and balanced taste. Fresh and inviting, soft in expressing its characteristics, it closes with a whispered and vibrant finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, Bellavista's Satèn is Franciacorta ideal to accompany fish dishes that are not particularly elaborate. Sea bass in salt.
