Bellavista Alma Cuvée Franciacorta DOCG Brut 1.5lt

The Franciacorta Grande Cuvée Alma Brut sparkling wine from Bellavista is produced in vineyards located in the heart of the DOCG Franciacorta. The name Alma, which in Latin means "she who nourishes", is a tribute to this land.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes, harvested and selected only by hand from vines with an average age of over 20 years. The Grande Cuvée Alma comes from the 10 most suitable plots of the farm’s vineyards, cultivated as a precious garden. Once the grapes are vinified, the combination of more than 120 production factors, to which are added another 20 selections of historic harvests, offers 140 variables for the assembly of the cuvée, which ages on the lees for at least 40 months. At least 35% of the wines that make it mature in small oak barrels, which give them an extraordinary complexity.

It is characterized by a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a broad aroma, among which are pleasing nuances of sweet fruits enriched with slight notes of vanilla. The palate is pleasantly savory and complete in the aftertaste, with a long and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and fish dishes.
