It was 1969 when Annamaria Clementi Zanella, bought in that of Erbusco, a small house in the hills called Ca' del Bosc; since that day time seems to have flown and his son, Maurizio, does nothing but ring a success after another. He and his team have created a giant capable of producing one and a half million bottles a year of wines with incredible quality and strong territorial imprinting. Without neglecting anything by chance, all products are bordering on excellence every harvest, thanks to their proportionate appearance and extreme versatility and elegance.Cuvèe Prestige is the flag of this reality, produced with grapes from 134 vineyards, rests at least 24 months on its lees before disgorgement, giving us a wine of great refinement and complexity.
Sparkling gold thanks to the fine bubbles that run through it, it smells of ripe fruit, citrus and caramelized almond, brioche bread, vanilla butter and chalk. The taste is fresh and satisfying, balanced, moderately savory and with mineral persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it has the ability to hold a whole meal of fish, but also with delicate white meat and sauces.
