Annamaria Clementi Ca 'del Bosco is born from the assembly of 3 different crus, of which 20 are vines with Chardonnay, 2 are vines with Pinot Bianco and 6 are vines with Pinot Noir. The musts chosen are first pressing and are vinified in small oak barrels, choices with rigorous selection of the raw materials that compose them and with a maturation of at least 3 years. The wine will stand for another 6 months sur lies and carry out the malolactic fermentation. Then follows the refermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for 101 months.

Franciacorta Annamaria Clementi reveals a brilliant golden yellow, crowned by a very fine and incessant perlage. The nose is mineral, almost smoky, with a continuous succession of fruity hints of citrus, walnut, chamomile, honey, broom and slightly fragrant hints. It fills and envelops the palate with depth and width, revealing its extraordinary complexity, it is fresh, harmonious, creamy and persistent. It leaves with a finish of dried fruit and almond.

Refined and elegant, it requires not everyday gastronomic preparations. Excellent with a truffle risotto.
