The Franciacorta Vintage Collection Satèn of Ca' del Bosco is on the palate of a taster, as a soul song is to an ear of a music lover. Produced exclusively with the blend of 16 basic wines of white berried grapes (Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc), it corresponds to the Satèn category, whose rigid production disciplinary involves a lower gas pressure than the other types, so as to make the foam more delicate and creamy and, consequently, to be more caressing to the taste. A sensual and captivating wine, harmonious and elegant, which captivates the senses of those who taste it, enticing one sip after another.

Straw-yellow with a thin and persistent effervescence. On the nose emerge notes of peach and dried fruit, acacia honey, mineral tones and aromatic herbs, wrapped in delicate sensations of crunchy bread. Creamy and moderately savory on the palate, supported by lively acidity and with nice fruity persistence.

Refined aperitif, it is accompanied by a risotto with scampi or linguine with lobster, fish with salt and semi-mature cheeses with flowery rind.
