Produced for the first time in 2006, Tenuta Montenisa’s Rosé is Franciacorta that demonstrates all the potential of Pinot Noir. A sparkling wine of great energy and charm, whose permanence on the lees is prolonged for 24 months, minimum time to find in the glass that wonderful synthesis between notes of bread crust typical of the second fermentation and hints of small red fruits typical of the varietal. Intense, vibrant, rich and dynamic, Franciacorta is capable of bewitching.

Fluffy cherry pink, creamy foam and fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses notes of dried wild flowers, small red fruits, yeast, bread crust. The palate is fresh, pleasantly structured, elegant, with great harmony and excellent persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with hors d'oeuvres based on cold cuts, shellfish, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
