Homage to the mother of the founder of Cà del Bosco, it is a masterpiece of refinement and harmony: the pinot noir grapes, coming from three historic vineyards in the Municipality of Erbusco, in Lombardy, are left to macerate for only a few hours. All stages of vinification take place in small oak barrels, after bottling the aging on the lees lasts at least eight years.

In the glass it shows an antique pink with brilliant reflections. The perlage is of extraordinary finesse and persistence, light and continuous. The refinement of the bouquet recalls a delicate floreality, aromas of small berries, aromas of pastry and candied fruit, almond and marzipan. The sip seduces with harmony, elegance and complexity, with a perfect olfactory correspondence and an infinite aromatic persistence. A Rosé of rare balance and finesse, which closes with a lively savory and mineral freshness.
