Bellavista Teatro alla Scala Brut 2015

The grapes that make up the Bellavista alla Scala, mainly chardonnay and pinot noir, are the best possible, the result of a radical selection of the individual vineyards. In addition to the exceptional quality of the raw material used, this Franciacorta differs from the other Bruts in that more than a quarter of the wines it is made of are aged for seven months in small oak barrels.

Intense straw yellow in color, it has a very fine and persistent perlage, a prologue to aromas that appear to be the quintessence of the Bellavista style. The floral notes of hawthorn are generous and elegant, while the balsamic notes of laurel are unpredictable, first, of candied citrus fruits and small pastries, then. The mouth is thick, firm, aristocratic, creamy and deep at the same time. Magnificent finish for cleanliness and flavor.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is recommended in combination with fish-based dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif.
