Susumaniello "Due Trulli" is a wine produced from a native black grape variety grown in the Itria Valley. This wine is part of the “Albealand” production chain, a project for the protection and development of vineyards.
- Denomination: IGP.
- Grapes: Susumaniello 100%.
- Production area: Vineyards in the Itria Valley in the municipalities of Martina Franca and Alberobello - Taranto, Bari - Puglia - Italy.
- Training system: Guyot espalier.
- Production per hectare: 90 quintals
- Harvest period: early October.
- Refinement: in the bottle for 2 months to be tasted in tulip balls at 12-13 ° C.
- Color: pale pink.
