PRODUCTION

The delicate and sublime flavor of mushrooms combined with the strong and intense flavor of dried tomatoes in a rare and refined paté. Perfect balance of taste, exquisite harmony to be spread on croutons, bruschetta, bread for a classy and hard to find appetizer.

Dried mushrooms and tomatoes are finely chopped and cooked in extra virgin olive oil, with parsley, chilli, garlic and salt. When it is well cooked and the vegetables are completely wilted, they are placed in jars with more EVO oil.

INGREDIENTS

Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 30%, dried tomatoes 30%, extra virgin olive oil 26%, wine vinegar, parsley 3%, chilli 1.8%, garlic 0.3%, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid , antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

PRODUCTION METHOD
