Dried tomatoes are one of those products that are as simple as they are tasty, while Pugliese uses only high quality tomatoes to produce dried tomatoes. Once harvested, the tomatoes are cut in half and exposed to the summer sun. After 2-3 days of exposure the tomatoes are gently picked and seasoned with various spices and placed in the jars and covered with extra virgin olive oil.

All the products of Pugliese are km 0, the products are grown in its lands near Biscreglie (BT).
