METHOD
A very typical combination of Southern Italy, perfect balance between the flavor of hot pepper and the more delicate and sweet one of tuna in an unparalleled ensemble of goodness, freshness and genuineness.
To make these peppers, first wash them well and remove the stalk. In a non-stick pan, boil seed oil or EVO, white wine vinegar and dip them in the sauce, finally add salt. Once cooked, let them cool down on a clean cloth. For the filling, mix tuna, capers, artichokes, garlic and parsley in a mixer. Once the mixture is ready, fill the peppers with the tuna and dip them in the jars in oil.
INGREDIENTS
Stuffed peppers (cherry peppers, TUNA, wine vinegar, salt, capers, parsley, garlic, artichokes) 61%, sunflower oil 39%, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
