Hochkofler Riesling DOC Cantina di Bolzano 75cl

The Riesling of the Bolzano Winery comes to life from the slopes that surround the city of Bolzano and the Isarco Valley.

It is produced from 100% Riesling grapes harvested around mid-October and subjected to soft pressing upon arrival in the cellar. Fermented and aged in steel tanks in order to preserve the characteristics of freshness.

Greenish yellow in the glass, it expresses fruity notes of peach, grapefruit and apricot, while offering an extraordinary range of ethereal notes. The taste is dry and elegant, of great mineral richness.

Indicated in the company of scallops and crustaceans, it goes well with poultry in general.
