The morsels Affumicati are produced with the same dough scamorza. The morsels are smoked according to the traditional method which consists in ' natural smoking in the oven. They are excellent for appetizers, side dishes and kebabs. If left to dry are more compact and suitable for contours becoming perfect for kebabs.
