The Teramane Bio Riserva Opi hills are produced from Fantini's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes. The indisputable quality in the glass, a red reserve that is strengthened by aging in cask.

The grapes that give life to the Teramo hills are harvested in small boxes and transported to the cellar for destemming and double manual selection of the single grapes, soft pressing, maceration, fermentation for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French and American oak barrels for 24 months.
Garnet red in color and with an intense and persistent aroma, spicy (tobacco and woody notes) with hints of licorice, fruity (ripe fruit and in alcohol), tendency to ethereal. Full-bodied, soft, balanced, intense and persistent wine. Ready to be drunk immediately, but also tolerates long aging well.
Excellent with rich first courses, red meats and medium and long-aged cheeses.
