Product Details

Conte Giangirolamo delle Tenute Girolamo is produced from a blend of Negramaro and Primitivo, native grapes of the Apulian land.

The two vines collected after a soft maceration and subsequent fermentation in French oak vats for 22/24 months, the process is completed with aging in the bottle for 6 months.

Dressing the glass in intense ruby red with violet reflections, it brings with it a fruity aroma with hints of cherry, blackberry and blueberry, elegant spicy notes of vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it is dry, full, harmonious, persistent, wisely tannic, confirms the rich and elegant bouquet.

Ideal for dishes based on meat sauce, aged cheeses and cured meats.
