Per Lui Primitivo Salentino D.O.C. Riserva 75 cl Leone de Castris

The line For Him is the maximum expression of 4 native Salento vines. The native vines in question are:

the Negroamaro

the Primitive

the Susumaniello

the Ottavianiello.

The line for him is dedicated to the lawyer Salvatore Leone de Castris, the lawyer was pioneer of the diffusion of the "Salice Salentino" which in 1971 obtained the D.O.C. recognition.

The For Him in question is the Negramaro Salice Salentino Riserva. Wine obtained from the best selection of the very famous Negroamaro from the areas of the town of Salice Salentino.

Il Per Lui has a dark red color with violet reflections, a typical color of Negroamaro.

The nose has aromas of ripe fruit, jam, maple syrup, licorice and hints of Mediterranean scrub.

On the palate intense and abundant, rich, warm thanks to the important alcohol content of 15%. Closes with a persistent finish.

Wine suitable for lunches and important dinners, ideal with red meats, aged cheeses, game such as roast duck.
