Primitivo Gioia del Colle 16 by Polvanera is a warm, intense and structured red, with a soft and persuasive profile, with a ripe and rich fruit. A classic southern wine, which well represents the sunny and Mediterranean climate of the land of Puglia. Despite this, Primitivo always expresses itself with more elegant, subtle and fresh features.

The color is ruby ​​red with purple hues. The nose reveals aromas of small dark berry fruits, hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and delicate hints of spice. The sip is harmonious, warm and ample, with dense and persistent fruity aromas. The tannins are soft and velvety and the finish is of pleasant mineral freshness.

For the whole meal, it goes well with roasts and meat sauces, braised meats, feathered and furred game and great cheeses.
