Product Details

The Carrubo of the Tormaresca winery is a red that combines power and elegance, a worthy witness of the Apulian territory. Fermentation and aging are carried out in steel, so as to express the great potential of Primitivo grapes.

Colors the glass of an intense ruby red. The nose is rich and complex, with notes of red fruit, such as black cherry, dried plum and cherries in alcohol, followed by delicate sensations of licorice, tobacco and amaretto. On the palate it is soft and ample, the elegant tannins are well supported by a pleasant freshness.

On the table it is an important red that can enhance grilled red meats, long-cooked game and aged cheeses.
