Cantalupi Riserva is a thick red, which brings together complex and seductive sensations, articulated aromas, strong and uncommon tastes. The grapes are vinified in steel, while the refinement phase takes place in large barrels and has a total duration of 12 months.

It announces itself to the eye with a ruby ​​red color, crossed by some slight more garnet streaks. On the nose there are ethereal and enamel notes, embellished with more fruity and spicy touches that become intense at the end of the olfactory analysis. With an excellent body, it has a full and enveloping sip, in which you can feel a tannic texture of sure thickness.

Excellent with pasta topped with particularly tasty sauces, roasted or grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
