Alberto Longo's Cacc'e Mmitte di Lucera is one of the best interpretations of this type of Apulian wine, linked to the tradition and environment of the farms. A wine produced from a spectacular blend of Nero di Troia, Montepulciano and Bombino Bianco.

The grapes, of Alberto Longo's wine, are selective manual harvesting in crates, very delicate de-stemming to leave the berries completely intact, maceration and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for about 20 days with periodic submersion of the cap, 2 pumping over a day with separation of the grape seeds, repeated delestage, soft pressing. After the malolactic fermentation, the refinement takes place in concrete tanks for at least 6/8 months and then in the bottle for a period of not less than 6 months.

With an intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections, it has an intense and persistent perfume of aromas of berries and spices, elegant and characteristic. Its taste is harmonious and round, with a good structure and a refined tannic texture.

Ideal with traditional cuisine of Mediterranean cuisine, main courses based on meat and fatty fish.
