Graticciaia Negroamaro Vallone

The Vallone winery gives rise to Graticciaia wine, one of the most representative and historical of the Apulian territory.

The red Graticciaia comes from grapes from very old trees of about 80 years, the grapes are harvested manually, the grapes are placed on the grattici allow to dry naturally. After fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature, the liquid is aged for about a year in Allier oak barrels, further enriching its aromatic heritage.

The Graticciaia wine reveals itself with an intense ruby ​​color that can take on garnet shades over the years. Kaleidoscopic nose, constantly evolving, rich in ripe fruit, balsamic lashes and brushstrokes of vanilla and spices. The sip, filling and concentrated, is embroidered and very fine despite the power of the wine.
