Twenty-year-old Nero di Troia tent, organic management, top winemaking techniques, 3 crazy dreamers. These are the basic elements of VentoNero red.
The Ventonero boasts a top winemaking technique. Hand-picked Nero di Troia grapes, subsequently subjected to a fermentation process for 8 days at 22 ° C. Subsequently subjected to 10 days of maceration on the skins. Six months in steel with batonage and six months in the bottle before labeling.
The atypical Nero di Troia, unconventional. It stands out for its deep ruby red with violet reflections, its aromas have vinous and pleasant tones, with fruity notes. Dry, seriously tannic, demanding flavor.
