Artichokes in oil are a classic recipe of Mediterranean cuisine, or rather the typical cuisine of a Mediterranean mother.
Once the artichokes have been cleaned and the hardest parts and the stem have been removed, they should be boiled in water, white wine vinegar, bay leaf, pepper and salt. Once cooled and drained, they are immersed in jars with extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.

Artichokes 62%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, bay leaf, pepper, wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
All the products of Pugliese are km 0, the products are grown in its lands near Bisceglie (BT).
