I Diavolicchi sono dei peperoncini classici pugliesi, il nome dice tutto, questi peperoncini sono molto piccanti e sono una varietà pugliese e calabrese molto ricercata. Si utilizza come base su tutti i piatti piccanti, sopratutto in calabria grandi cultori di questa pietanza usata in tutte le forme e combinazioni.

I Diavolicchi sono lavati e asciugati ed immersi per intero in olio extravergine di oliva.
