To prepare the black grape jam you need to wash the berries thoroughly and deprive them of the internal seeds. Place them in a saucepan and let them flake over medium heat for about 20 minutes, taking care to stir. Once ready, remove from the heat and pass the grapes through a vegetable mill, thus extracting the juice and part of the pulp. Put everything in a saucepan, add the sugar, mix and cook over low heat until you reach a temperature of 108 °. Finally, let it cool and pour it into the jars.
