With the fantastic ingredients from the Traminer area and the foresight, ingenuity and entrepreneurial competence of Elena Walch, a woman who is one of the key figures of wine growth in South Tyrol, a great wine like this had to be created, 100% from Sauvignon grapes, grown on calcareous and sandy soils. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand and already allows a careful selection of the best grapes, while each stage of processing is made of steel, so as not to lose the typical variety pattern of the reference vine 'green'. A deep and noble wine, with aristocratic Walch touch!

Bright straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections reveals to the nose the typical scents of Sauvignon, which range with elegance and refinement from exotic fruits to limes, citrus and sage with incessant echo of herbs. Mouth tense, fresh, typically mineral, offers a young and crisp profile that confirms all olfactory perceptions.

Delicious for an aperitif, it is a wine that goes perfectly with the cuisine of the sea, from a white fish soup to sushi.
