VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay.
HARVEST: manual in small crates with selection of the grapes in the vineyard.
HARVEST PERIOD: between the last ten days of August and the first of September.
PERLAGE: fine and continuous. VIEW: bright straw yellow.
SMELL: the opening toasted note evolves towards the sweetness of acacia honey, candied fruit and beeswax.
TASTE: on the palate it is fresh, balanced and slightly citrusy.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATION: ideal as an accompaniment to an aperitif or the entire meal. Try it with structured first courses such as baked pasta and richly creamed risotto. The combination with raw seafood is interesting.
