Alice Verdeca is a still white wine from Puglia, which is born from Verdeca grapes harvested by hand in the last ten days of September. The vinification is carried out in white with thermoconditioning of the fermentation process at 15 °. This is followed by a refinement of the wine in stainless steel vats. Subsequently the wine continues with a refinement in the bottle.

Hers is a luminous golden yellow color, with the scent of delicious hawthorn and acacia flowers, cedar and yellow grapefruit alongside mineral and saline notes. Persistent and pleasant floral note in the finish. The taste is fresh and savory on the palate with a citrus return. Good persistence
Perfect to accompany, tasty fish-based dishes. Soups, stews and fried foods. But also succulent grilled fish or refined shellfish dishes. Delicious with baked sea bass with lemon potatoes and sea bream carpaccio.
