Bifora is a rosé wine obtained from Bombino Nero grapes grown in the Ardito farm. This is a rosé that is characterized by being a very fresh wine on the palate and very drinkable.

The Ardito farm is located in Puglia, its estates extend to Andria, near Castel del Monte and Minervino Murge. Ardito is an organic company, which wants to privilege and enhance its territory and the products that the earth gives it.
Azienda Agricola Ardito is founded on a long family tradition and just like a family takes care of its land. A land that extends between vineyards, olive groves, pomegranates and almond groves of excellent quality.
Bifora is a rosé obtained from the black grape variety, native of Castel del Monte, of Bombino Nero. This vineyard matures very late for this reason it has a high acidity and low sugar levels.
The Ardito rosé is presented in the glass with a bright and delicate pink color, fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry stand out on the nose. In the mouth the Bifora is fresh, balanced and with a round flavor.
Ardito offers an ideal rosé to accompany all meals, perfect as an aperitif wine.
