Vinnae Jermann 75cl

Born in 1983, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Jermann winery, Vinnae is the wine that, more than any other, expresses the territoriality of this winery, located on the ideal border between Friuli, Austria and Slovenia. Starting from the blend of the three most representative vines of this territory, namely Ribolla Gialla, Friulano (once called Tocai) and Riesling Renano, from the vineyards of Collio, characterized by soils rich in marl and rocky substrate traditionally called Ponca, Vinnae is a wine with an elegant and refined structure, perfect balance, thanks to the aging in Slavonian oak, and the extreme pleasure of drinking.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections, denotes fragrant scents of fresh fruit and white flowers, aromatic herbs and hints of chalky minerals. Corresponding to the taste, it is elegant and fresh, delicately savory and with beautiful fruity persistence.

We can combine it with a mushroom risotto, Sauris ham, seafood and lake dishes and semi-aged cheeses.
