Jesera Collio DOC Pinot Grigio Venica 75cl

Jesera is a Friulian white that contains all the beauty of Collio Goriziano, a territory where Pinot Grigio grapes have found their natural habitat, rooted in soils of marl and sandstone (Ponca), very rich in mineral substances. A terroir, therefore, has become a reference point and capable of influencing the production style of many wineries. The Pinot Grigio signed by the Venica brothers is no exception and, after a careful harvest, a small part of the mass ferments and ages in large wooden barrels, while the remaining in stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine of great territorial adherence, which conquers, every year, for its quality and aromatic finesse.

Wonderful debut to the eye with a color that recalls the shade of gold, edged by elegant copper shades. The olfactory spectrum is quite broad and suggestive, with intense hints that refer to acacia flowers, broom, citrus nuances, freshly mowed grass and hints of ginger. Full, soft, harmonious on the palate, with full fruit and a pleasantly aromatic finish.

Excellent also for the aperitif, it goes well with the seafood dishes or white meat. We recommend it with the baked cuttlefish or with the typical Friulian soup. You will not regret it!
