Chardonnay Puglia I.G.T. 75 cl Tormaresca

Produced exclusively by Chardonnay grapes selected from the Maìme estate in the Municipality of San Pietro Vernotico in the province of Brindisi, this wine, unlike the others, is an innovative wine, young and full of vigor. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections with a broad and fruity aroma tending towards the sweet with notes of pineapple and apple, and gently floral, with hints of jasmine. On the palate it is distinguished by its fragrance, the wide flavor with balanced acidity.

WINE

Chardonnay grapes are harvested at maturity technology and are immediately stored in the cellar. After the soft pressing in horizontal membrane presses, the must is cooled and kept at a temperature of 10 ° C in order to obtain a natural decantation. Subsequently the clarified must is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned at a temperature of 16 ° C, in order to preserve the aromatic profile of the grapes. The subsequent refinement of the wine continues in steel until the bottling stage.
