DESCRIPTION
The heated taralli, unlike the classic ones cooked directly in the oven, require a double cooking. In fact, the heated taralli are blanched in water and oil before being baked.
This double cooking means that the taralli have a different appearance, since they are more shiny on the surface and also have a different flavor.
Taralli are known for their simplicity as they serve few but genuine ingredients, perfect to break hunger, as fast and inviting traditional appetizers and snacks.
INGREDIANTS
Type "0" soft WHEAT flour, wine (SULPHITES), EVO oil, mother yeast (GLUTEN), salt, brewer's yeast.
Contains: gluten, sulphites.
It may contain traces of eggs and derived products, milk and derived products, fish and derived products, nuts, soy, sesame seeds.
