The taste takes up openly the typical characteristics of Negramaro, such as the strong acidity (which is attenuated during the sparkling process), the round and dry taste, important characteristics for a quality sparkling wine.
The Malé lends itself well as an aperitif, with appetizers of all kinds, dishes of raw fish and cooked and shellfish of all kinds.
